Founded by industry veteran Andrew Ho, our origins trace back to seizing opportunities in school cleaning during a shift to outsourcing. Andrew’s persistence led to partnering with North Shore Primary School, followed by Edgewater College — a partnership that remains today.
A significant milestone in our growth came through our involvement with Teachers College, now known as Epsom Campus. Its integration with the University of Auckland reinforced our reputation as a reliable partner capable of servicing councils, high‑profile retail sites, and corporate clients.
Today, PPCS has grown into a team of more than 950 staff, managing over 1,000 sites nationwide. Our success is built on a simple formula: delivering exceptional client experiences, keeping our promises, and standing true to our word.
