For over 30 years, Professional Property & Cleaning Services (PPCS) has thrived as a kiwi family-owned business. Founded by industry veteran Andrew Ho, our origins trace back to seizing opportunities in school cleaning during a shift to outsourcing. Andrew’s persistence led to partnering with North Shore Primary School followed by Edgewater College – a partnership that remains today. Our significant milestone came with our involvement with Teachers College, now known as Epsom Campus. When it integrated with the University of Auckland, our status as a trustworthy business with the capability to cater to Councils, high profile retail sites and corporates became even more prominent.

We’ve been transforming and evolving our business to who we are today, a team of over 950 staff, with more than 1,000 sites across Aotearoa. Our reputation has been built on a simple but powerful formula, we provide an exceptional customer experience, we do what we say we are going to do and stand true to our word.
