Andrew Ho - Director

Andrew founded PPCS in 1991, and also serves as our Director. From a small startup, he’s grown PPCS into NZ’s leading commercial cleaning service with over 950 staff. Thanks to Andrew’s leadership, we’ve expanded from just cleaning to offering the full range of facility services we have today. It’s incredible to think that PPCS started with his vision and dedication all those years ago.

Sarel Bloem - Chief Executive Officer

Sarel Bloem stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer in November 2023, following five and a half years as our Executive General Manager. He brings extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the commercial cleaning and facilities services industry, with a career spanning both New Zealand and South Africa. Sarel is the big boss of PPCS, he keeps us running smoothly!

Ray Ruan - Chief Operating Officer

Ray Ruan is our Chief Operating Officer. He has over 20 years of experience in the facilities services industry. He’s in charge of day-to-day operations at PPCS and provides strategic advice to all aspects of the organisation. He’s our go-to for operations management and procurement! There’s always a lot going on at PPCS, and Ray’s the steady hand keeping us on track.

 

June Hartel - GM Digital Marketing

With over 25 years of experience in sales, branding and marketing, June brings a wealth of expertise. She is responsible for all digital communication, so when you see us online, that’s all her and her team.

Aman Charan - Chief Financial Officer
