Client Portal

PPCS’s client portal is an easy to use interface that can be accessed on via either our website or Android / iOS app. This portal is a major communications tool that allows our clients to submit work orders, view reports, or send other requests directly to all the relevant staff, allowing them to acknowledge and respond in a real time manner.

  • The system will keep you fully informed about the progress of each of your requests, and all your job submissions can be monitored on an easy to use dashboard.

    PPCS’s Client Interface system is robust, ensuring that all jobs are appropriately allocated and completed or addressed in an efficient manner.

Quality Assurance System

PPCS utilises the latest tablet based software app to conduct our Quality Assurance checks. Our system allows us to easily spot deficiencies and to make sure they are rectified immediately. It also allows us to spot any patterns of deficiencies that may form so that necessary improvement measures are implemented immediately.

  • This system ensures quality assurance work is carried out systematically on each of our clients’ sites. Reports generated can be forwarded to clients simultaneously which ensures that there is full transparency if any issues arise.

Workforce Monitoring System
